The National Weather Service in Flagstaff has issued a Fire
Weather Watch for strong winds and low relative humidity... which
is in effect from Thursday morning through Thursday evening.

* Affected area... Mogollon Rim and White Mountains northward to
The Four Corners region.

* Timing... winds increasing through Thursday morning exceeding
critical fire weather thresholds from 10 am Thursday through 8 PM
MST.

* 20 foot winds... southwest to west 20 to 25 mph with gusts of 35
to 45 mph.

* Minimum relative humidity... from 7 to 14 percent.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Fire Weather Watch means that critical fire weather conditions
are possible. Listen for later forecasts and possible red flag
warnings.
