Synopsis... 
there is a small chance of showers mainly over the Idaho 
Panhandle Thursday and Friday...otherwise mostly clear skies can 
be expected through the weekend. Temperatures will be on the cool 
side of normal tonight and Thursday...then warming above normal 
through Sunday. The next storm system will approach the region 
late Sunday with the chance for valley rain and mountain snow the 
first part of next week.

Discussion...evening update includes minor modification to 
overnight low temperatures as current dew points are running on the 
order of 2 to 8 degrees below what earlier guidance had 
suggested...therefore if the winds continues to decrease as 
expected and current sky cover remains minimal radiational cooling 
might work out better than earlier expected. Additionally showers 
up near the extreme northern Idaho Panhandle remain on the wane in 
line with what was earlier forecast. /Pelatti

VFR conditions for taf sites through Thursday afternoon despite 
the presence of very isolated hit and miss instability showers 
over the northern mountains of eastern Washington and north Idaho.
