Through 1 PM...rain showers...changing to freezing rain...snow and sleet and then over to snow will continue to spread across eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas as the freezing line slowly moves southeast. Hourly snow and sleet accumulations will generally be up to one inch...with locally higher amounts possible within the heavier bands. To the south of the freezing line...rain showers will continue for the rest of the region. Hourly rainfall rates of up to a tenth of an inch...with locally higher amounts up towards a quarter of an inch will be possible within the heavier rain showers.
